Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By clicking "I Agree", the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have received, read, and understood the Photographer’s current pricing. 


Purchase of our subscription service requires the first installment to be made at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments will be deducted from your nominated credit or debit card on that same date each month or every three months dependent on which subscription frequency you select. Failure to have clear funds available within seven days will result in a 10% late fee being payable.


The Client understands that there is a minimum subscription period of three months (6 months for quarterly subscription services). If the Client wishes to cancel their subscription within this minimum period, the Client understands that they will be required to pay out the balance of their minimum term.


The Client may upgrade or downgrade their plan during the period of their subscription should they wish. One month’s written notice is required.


The Photographer must be given at least 48 hours notice should a Client need to reschedule their photo shoot. The Client is required to schedule an alternative date for their shoot on cancellation. The Client understands that in this eventuality there may be limited availability.


Retouched images taken at a Social Media Content Shoot will be presented to the Client in a password protected online gallery approximately 24-36 hours after their photo shoot. If there is a portrait component to their shoot, Clients can expect their gallery to be ready for them approximately 72 hours after their shoot. The Photographer may advise of any changes to this turnaround time at the photo shoot.


Should the Client ask the Photographer to source props for their photo shoot, the Photographer will invoice the Client on purchase. Payment of the invoice is due on receipt.

In the event that the Client selects a location outside of Brisbane, travel expenses such as parking, flights, accommodation and food will be reimbursed to the Photographer for all team members travelling. Flights and accommodation will be invoiced at the time of their booking with all other expenses invoiced to the Clients separately on arrival back at the studio after the assignment. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.


The Photographer retains the copyrights to all media created during the Clients photo shoot. The Client is given full print, use and share rights to their purchased images however they do not have the right to sell the images without permission.


Should the Client wish to cancel their subscription they must give one month’s written notice. The subscription will cease one month from the date the Photographer receives notice.
